My Story

I found EFT back in 2022 after getting my heart broken.

I was searching for anything that could help me feel grounded again—anything that could quiet the ache in my chest and bring me back to myself. When I started tapping, something shifted. My heartbreak began to soften. My nervous system calmed. My confidence, self-worth, and the way I showed up in love started to transform.

Within months, I attracted the relationship I once prayed for.

But healing isn’t a one-time event.

Years later, I moved through another heartbreak—one that asked me to go deeper than ever before. And once again, EFT became my anchor. Not to fix me, but to help me stay present, regulated, and self-trusting as I released what no longer aligned. This chapter taught me that walking away can be an act of self-respect, and that safety in love begins within.

I began tapping on everything — money, confidence, purpose, anxiety, emotional patterns, and the places where I still felt small or stuck. And slowly, I stepped into a life that used to feel impossible: living by the ocean, surfing almost every day, feeling supported, connected, regulated, and genuinely happy.

The more I tapped, the more I realized something important:

We’re not “broken.” We’re just running old programming. And once you shift the pattern, your entire life expands.

That’s why I do this work.

Helping people have breakthroughs — watching them release old beliefs, feel safe in their bodies, attract aligned relationships, call in opportunities, and finally see themselves clearly — fills me with so much purpose. Nothing lights me up more than guiding someone back to their own power.

Today, I support clients in healing relationship patterns, building emotional safety, strengthening self-trust, and creating lives that feel soft, aligned, and truly theirs. Love is my niche, but this work reaches far beyond it — because when you change your internal world, everything else responds.
